This policy explains, in plain language, how Floripa Xperience handles the personal data of people who visit this site and contact us, in line with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). Last updated: October 2026.

Who is responsible for your data

Floripa Xperience, an experience travel agency in Greater Florianópolis (SC), Brazil, is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any privacy question, write to falecom@floripaxperience.com.br or message us on WhatsApp at +55 48 93500-5022.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number and the message you write.
• Trade kit request for agents and operators: name, email, company and company tax ID. We email you a confirmation code.
• WhatsApp: when you tap the buttons on the site, the conversation happens on WhatsApp and follows its privacy policy. We only keep what you send us in the chat.
• Browsing data: pages visited, device and browser type, in aggregate, and only if you accept analytics cookies.

What we use it for

• To answer your message and prepare a quote or proposal for your group (to take steps before a contract, at your request).
• To keep our business relationship with partner agents and operators.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (with your consent).
• To meet legal obligations and protect the site from abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send promotional messages unless you asked for them.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help keep the site and our service running, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics tools and WhatsApp itself. They may use the data only for that purpose. We may also share data when the law requires it. Your data may be processed in Brazil and by providers in other countries.

Cookies

Cookies are small files the site stores on your device. We use two kinds:

• Essential: they make the site work and remember your cookie choice. They cannot be turned off.

For as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Under the LGPD, at any time you can: confirm whether we process your data, ask for access, correct incomplete or outdated data, ask for anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, ask for portability, know who we share it with, and withdraw your consent. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No system is completely immune, so we limit access to the people who need it to serve you.

Children and teenagers

This site is for adults who are responsible for groups, schools and companies. We do not collect data from children or teenagers through our forms.

We may update this text when the site or the law changes. The date of the last update is always at the top of this page.
